We are a non-denominational Christian support group, consisting of over 200 families based in Stillwater, MN, whose mission is to provide encouragement, prayer, fellowship, information, advice, and various opportunities to families desiring to home educate their children.
It is such a privilege to be able to educate our children all day long at home; to be able to find chunks of time to teach them about God as well as math, reading, and science. We get to learn along with them and to see subjects through their eyes.
It is not an easy path to travel, but you are not alone! Our hope is that we can come along beside you and we can all encourage one another. Talking with other homeschooling moms and dads about curriculum choices, struggling learners, or activities to keep the winter blues away can be such a support.
Monthly events, like Sweet Retreats, Moms Game Night, Moms Book Club, and the Equipping and Encouraging Workshops.
Examples from past years include: Nutcracker ballet, other fine arts events at various theaters, Heritage Lab, Carpenter Nature Center, Tamarack Nature Center.
